Re: engine driven compressors
i've heard you can barely tell it's there. it won't rob near as much power as the a/c. mark someone on infamous said they had one on the s-10 2.2l motor and couldn't tell a difference.

Re: engine driven compressors
Tater a dude in our club runs a York 210 on his Mazda sundowner lucky for him it bolted in place of factory compressor which he was no longer using. Hit him up on fb tater ibondat mcclure or look up Dan lybrand he helped build his truck. You will def need a pressure switch tho I do no that

Re: engine driven compressors
I was thinking about what I said with robbing power and it really wouldn't be on long enough for u to lose power so it sounds like a good idea to me.

Re: engine driven compressors
so im still confused on why you HAVE to have a pressure switch? like bill said 30 seconds filled from 0psi to 200 if your running a normal cycle say 160-200 should be no time at all if you cant remember that a compressor is on for 10 seconds you dont need to be driving lol
