i would say a couple days at least so you can take your time and do it right. i mean sure, you could fit it into a half day, prime it, and when you paint it with nice paint it won't look perfect. just take your sweet ass time making sure everything is perfect, that way you'll have to use very little body filler, and do very little sanding, and it will look great when you're finished.
but don't try squeezing the re-shaving of 4 doors into half a day
i know it makes it difficult if your truck is your daily driver. so just do 2 doors one weekend and the other 2 doors the next weekend

oops "4 doors" i forgot, yeah it shouldnt take you longer than two days for 4 doors. and thats from like 10 in the morning to around 6 taking your time. it sure does not take two weekends....
