i just did this in paint real quick. hopefully it will help. i'm using 8 asco valves, four 1/2" valves for the front, and four 3/8" valves for the rear. i only outlined the parts of the 1/2" setup. the 3/8" setup is the same way just with 3/8" fittings...the 3/8" setups are on the outside ports of the tank and turned upside down which is why it looks different in the picture. i used compression fittings for the airline cause i like them better, but you can swap those out for the push-to-connect ones if you want. it's up to you. and those t-fittings with the gauge line fitting in the side of them can be had from qualityairride.com

the easiest thing to do is leave it open. in mine i put plugs in them and drilled a small hole in the plug so the dumps would slow down. and make sure you pay attention to what direction the valve goes...there's an arrow on the side of the valve that tells you which way air needs to flow

it's not being a pain, you're just trying to learn. and the best way to do that is to ask questions...

i learn best by seeing pictures so here's another one

on both the fill and dump valves, air has to go in the direction of the arrow...don't mind the shitty artwork

i don't think that's right...the inlet of the fill valve has to be connected directly to the tank, either with a fitting or a length of airline plus fittings...the T goes into the outlet of the fill valve. the dump goes on the bottom of the T and the compression fitting and airline to the bag go out of the other side of the T...if that makes sense. do it just like i have it in the 2 pictures

you dont have to put them on the tank to do that...set the valves up the same way but instead of having the hex nipple connect the fill valve to the tank put a piece of airline there so you can mount the valves where ever you want

I have my valves set up along the frame. The airline coming from the tank connects to the fill valve which is on the left in the picture and the airline from that T fitting goes to the airbag. You can't really see in the picture but the arrows are pointed in this direction ---->>>

have you used them like that yet or are you still hooking everything up? i've always heard that the dump valve has to go between the fill valve and the airline to the bag

I've had them like that on my truck for 2 years now without a problem. Take a look at my picture and i'll explain how it's working. Imagine hitting the switch to fill the airbag up. When you hit the switch the fill valve opens allowing air from the tank to go into the bag. While this is going on the dump valve is closed off keeping the air from escaping. When you let off the switch the fill valve closes keeping any more air from going into the bag. Now when you hit the switch to release the air the dump valve opens to let the air out and the fill valve is closed off.

I have mine plumbed itentical to the way suicidedoors.com shows. You can see the arrows on the valves in this picture
